Bracket material and wire attachment are separate features. Metal, ceramic and sapphire options differ in appearance, care needs and clinical limitations. Neither ligature nor self-ligating systems guarantee the same duration and results for everyone.

Below are average cost estimates for treatment lasting around two years, not a guaranteed duration or individual quote. They include the course scope described below. The total depends on assessment, system, preparation and plan, and is agreed before treatment.
The course estimates include diagnostics and fitting, wires and adjustments, clinician visits, appliance removal and the retention period. This is the course scope, not the scope of each individual price-list entry. Tooth preparation and other dental procedures are discussed separately; retention support and its limits are clarified in the plan and contract.
Before treatment, the patient receives a plan and estimate for the main stages; the agreed cost is recorded in the contract. The clinician explains included and separately charged procedures. Changes to the clinical situation or plan are discussed with the patient. Ask the clinic about instalment availability and terms; a payment schedule is agreed individually.

System selection and agreement on stages and estimate. Decay, inflammation and hygiene preparation are addressed as indicated.
Brackets and wire are fitted and checked; advice is given on adaptation, eating and cleaning.
Tooth movements are reviewed and adjustments follow an individual schedule. Visit numbers and duration differ between patients.
The orthodontist reviews the active-treatment outcome and decides when to remove the appliance.
Retainer selection and placement, with instructions on wearing, cleaning and subsequent reviews.
Teeth, gums, hygiene and medical conditions are assessed before fitting. Decay or inflammation may need prior treatment. Discomfort or soft-tissue irritation can occur; contact the clinic for severe pain, swelling or appliance breakage. Risks and individual limitations are discussed before treatment.
Clean teeth, interdental spaces and around brackets as advised. Avoid hard and sticky foods that can damage the appliance; discuss how to eat particular foods at your visit. Attend reviews. After removal, follow the prescribed retention schedule; duration and review intervals are individualized.
